Market Research for MindMatch

 

The Situation

MindMatch is a new education technology company providing virtual tutoring to students from experienced teachers.  They needed customer insights from parents to help design their services.  They also knew they wanted to start in select markets and needed help thinking through how best to launch their company in these markets.  

 

The Solution

BloomEd Group was hired to do market research with parents from select markets and write a partnership plan for each of those regions.

 

The Result

BloomEd completed market research with over thirty parents and wrote a report that provided MindMatch with great insights into what parents want and need in tutoring.  We also delivered a partnership plan to help MindMatch think about how best to launch it services.
