Scaling Possip
Overview
Possip is a fast-growing education technology start-up helping schools and districts get feedback from families and staff quickly and routinely. As Possip grew, it needed to understand the landscape in ed tech. Further, as schools and districts sought to learn about the use of the Cares Act and/or ESSER II funding, Possip wanted to help current and future partners understand this federal funding source. Possip also wanted to share more about the impact of Possip for a number of districts that had issued RFPs for Family Engagement.
BloomEd’s Work
Possip hired BloomEd Group to support its scale and growth across multiple workstreams. BloomEd Group did a landscape analysis across other education nonprofits and technology companies about how they organize their partnerships and sales teams. BloomEd also conducted an analysis of opportunities to support and provide value to parents. BloomEd provided an overview of ESSER funding - both for the Possip staff and for partners and prospects. Finally, BloomEd worked with the Possip team to complete an RFP for a diverse, urban school district with almost 40,000 students to assess their current family engagement and develop a professional learning agenda for the next two years.
